From WhatsApp message to medication at your door — a clear, step-by-step guide to ordering personal, bulk, and emergency medication delivery across Uganda.
Ordering is simple. No app, no account, no complicated process. Just a WhatsApp message or a phone call, and we take care of everything else.
Send a WhatsApp message to 0741 708 755 — or call us on the same number. Tell us the name of the medication you need. If it is a prescription medication, share your prescription details (a photo of the prescription works perfectly). Also let us know your delivery address so we can calculate your delivery fee.
You can message us at any time between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM Uganda time. For orders after 10 PM, please call rather than message.
As soon as we receive your message, we check with our partner pharmacies to confirm your medication is in stock. We then come back to you with a clear quote that includes the cost of the medication plus your delivery fee (between UGX 8,000 and UGX 20,000 depending on distance).
We never dispatch a driver before confirming availability. If the medication is not available at the first pharmacy we check, we will try others and let you know what we find. You will always know your total cost before any delivery begins.
Once you are happy with the quote, simply confirm your order by replying to our WhatsApp message. Then tell us how you would like to pay. You have two options: pay cash on delivery when the driver arrives, or pay in advance using MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money. We will send you the mobile money details if you choose to pay in advance.
For small personal orders, you also have the option to pay the pharmacy directly — we will collect the medication on your behalf once payment is confirmed with the pharmacy.
After your order is confirmed and payment is sorted, we dispatch a driver to collect your medication from our partner pharmacy. We work with trusted, licensed pharmacies in Kampala, Entebbe, and Jinja, so you can be confident that what you receive is genuine and properly stored medication.
Your driver delivers your medication directly to your home, office, or any location you specified. If you chose cash on delivery, you pay the driver the agreed amount when they arrive. That is it — your medication is in your hands, safely and without any of the hassle of travelling to a pharmacy yourself.
For clinics, hospitals, NGOs, and businesses ordering large quantities. You manage the pharmacy relationship — we handle the logistics.

For bulk orders, you negotiate pricing and payment directly with your chosen pharmacy. MediDeliver is not involved in the pharmacy-side transaction. You purchase and confirm directly with them.
Once you share your order details and destination, we provide a custom delivery quote based on volume, distance, and your delivery schedule. No standard fees — everything is tailored to your order.
Once you have confirmed everything with the pharmacy and agreed our delivery fee, we dispatch a vehicle to pick up your bulk order from the pharmacy.
We deliver your bulk order to your location anywhere in Uganda. We coordinate timing and route to ensure your medical supplies arrive safely and on schedule.
For bulk and wholesale delivery enquiries, please contact us via WhatsApp or email only. Do not use the standard order form for large orders.
Our regular ordering system operates from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM Uganda time. If you need medication urgently after 10 PM, here is exactly what to do. Please do not wait until morning if it is a medical emergency — contact us directly.

Call 0741 708 755 directly. Calling is faster than messaging for late-night emergencies as we may not see a WhatsApp message immediately.
Alternatively, send a WhatsApp message to 0741 708 755 marked as urgent. Include your medication name, address, and phone number.
We will confirm whether late-night delivery is possible and advise you on the next steps based on your location and medication urgency.

You pay the driver in cash when they arrive. Have the exact agreed amount ready. This is the most common payment method for personal orders. No mobile money or bank account needed.
Pay before dispatch via MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money. We send you the number to send money to after you confirm your order. The driver is dispatched as soon as payment is received.
For some personal orders, you can pay the pharmacy directly for the medication cost. MediDeliver still charges a separate delivery fee. This is discussed and agreed during the order confirmation process.
